Description: Medasak, also known as Broom Creeper or Ink Berry, is a climbing shrub with slender, twining stems. The leaves are simple, alternate, ovate, and covered with soft hairs. The plant produces small, greenish-yellow flowers that are borne in axillary clusters. The fruit is a small, black, globose berry.
Occurrence: Medasak is commonly found in tropical and subtropical regions of India, including the states of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra. It typically grows in dry, rocky, and sandy soils and is often found in forests, wastelands, and along roadsides.
