Can mildly aggravate Vata if consumed in excess.
Digestive Disorders: Improves appetite, treats diarrhea, dysentery, and colitis.

Skin Issues: Treats acne, eczema, and wounds.
Respiratory Disorders: Alleviates cough, asthma, and bronchitis.
Urinary Problems: Useful in urinary tract infections and burning urination.
Fever: Acts as an antipyretic.
Oral Health: Treats bad breath, bleeding gums, and mouth ulcers.
Panchatikta Ghrita: Effective in skin and inflammatory conditions.
Chitrakadi Vati: Supports digestion and appetite.
Ayaskriti: Used for anemia and liver disorders.
Dashanga Lepa: A paste for wound healing.
Dosage:
Powder (Churna): 3-6 g daily.
Decoction (Kwatha): 20-40 ml.
Juice (Swarasa): 10-20 ml.
Paste (Lepa): Applied externally as needed.
Pitta: Its cooling and astringent properties balance Pitta disorders, such as hyperacidity, inflammation, and excessive heat.
Kapha: The light and dry qualities help in reducing Kapha-related stagnation and mucus buildup.
Vata: Should be used in moderation for Vata disorders, as its dryness may exacerbate conditions like bloating or dryness of tissues.
Rasa Dhatu: Promotes taste and enhances digestion.
Rakta Dhatu: Purifies the blood and reduces heat-induced disorders.
Mamsa Dhatu: Supports wound healing and tissue regeneration.
Meda Dhatu: Helps in reducing fat accumulation and fluid retention.
Antimicrobial: Effective against bacterial and fungal infections.
Anti-inflammatory: Reduces swelling and pain.
Hepatoprotective: Supports liver detoxification and regeneration.
Digestive Stimulant: Enhances metabolism and relieves indigestion.

For Diarrhea: Mix 1 tsp of Tintidika powder with buttermilk and drink twice a day.
For Skin Wounds: Apply a paste made from Tintidika leaves and turmeric directly on the wound.
For Oral Health: Gargle with a decoction of Tintidika bark to alleviate bad breath and gum problems.
For Fever: Prepare a decoction of Tintidika leaves and consume 20 ml twice daily.
For Liver Health: Combine Tintidika juice with honey and take it every morning.
Overuse may cause dryness and irritation in individuals with predominant Vata.
High doses can lead to excessive acidity in some individuals.
Contraindicated in pregnant women due to its potential uterine stimulant effects.
Not recommended for individuals with severe kidney issues or chronic dehydration.
